A lots of possibilities by the “Bavarian Sea”

Our own boat and bicycle rental offers you to explore the region from water and from land. Around the lake there is a 65 kilo meters long boardwalk, past numerous beer gardens and natural beaches that invite you to a cool mug of beer or a refreshing swim. If the way seems too long for you, you can shorten your route and come back directly to our house by ship (several shipping pier locations around the lake).Lake Chiemsee is with its 82 square miles the largest Bavarian lake and therefore an interesting area for sailing. We rent modern sailing yachts of various sizes. For our guests without sailing experience, we recommend either a sailing trip with an experienced skipper, or to rent an electric or rowing boat that you can lead without any knowledge.

For sunbathing and swimming entices the newly designed park with adjacent beach, sunbathing area, bathing jetty with platforms, water trampoline, inflatable climbing and beach volleyball. Tennis courts are only 200m from the house and within about 10 km there are several golf courses.

Very popular are also excursions to the nearby mountains. From there you can enjoy a marvelous view of the lake and make yourself comfortable in an alpine pasture. In winter there are good conditions for winter sports. Moreover, it is sometimes possible, to make a walk over the thick ice sheets that lead you over the lake to the island.
