Arrival is possible from 2.00 pm. Please make sure to leave your apartment on departure day by 11:00 am. Bed linen, towels and bath towels, blankets and pillows are also included in apartments and will be changed approximately every 3 to 4 days - depending on demand. If you want to switch more often, we calculate 3.- € per set.
Daily maid service is only for the rooms (not apartments).
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors (terrace or balcony).

A deposit is not required, the total price will be due not later than the 2nd Day of your stay. We reserve the right to give you a similar room as needed (or a comparable apartment) of a higher category for the same price.

In the months of November, January, February and March 1st – March 15th:

• 2 days prior to arrival 0th - €
• 1 day to 0 days before arrival 30, - €

At all other times:

• up to 60 days before arrival 30.- €
• 60 to 0 days prior to arrival in accordance with statutory provisions as followed: Pre-ordered rooms or apartments must be at cancellation or early departure, on your part still be paid to the last day if we cannot get a replacement booking.
  We therefore recommend taking out insurance. (We also offer you insurance ourselves).
